Although it is not required, you may want to convert your data from your existing system. This entails a one-time data migration that you can do in house or we will be happy to provide a quote. For budget purposes, we suggest setting aside $5,000.
The annual fee includes updates based on the national form. The current versions (updated in the summer 2005) are AO 245B (Rev. 06/05), AO 245C (Rev. 06/05) and AO 245D (Rev.12/03).
We have the ability to have multiple forms (both old and new) for each district. This gives your judges the option to customize the national form to their liking. However, you should budget additional money for any changes to the national forms that your judges want. We can quote to make these changes on a case by case basis (If your judges are happy with the national form or if your district can stanardize on one form for all of the judges, then there are no additional fees). Just keep in mind that changes (and the corresponding fees) will have to be re-applied every time the national form changes.
