You should download this to the web server that is (or will be) running the FIDO and FIDO Finance applications.
When you click the link, it asks if you want to Run it or save it ... you should SAVE it to the local hard drive first.
When prompted to start the install, take the defaults for all questions and it should finish in a few seconds.
After which you should click the desktop FIDOpatcher icon
to start the 2nd phase of the installation.

revert to an older version of the program: 2009 06 28

If this is a new installation, then you need to
request by email a starter database.
